Returns and warranty

As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days of receipt without giving a reason. That right always applies, including when you do not use our return form.

Let us know with the 'Cancel my purchase' button below, through your account, by email, or with the model form. You then have another fourteen days to send the product back. A withdrawal is accepted straight away. We refund within fourteen days once we have the products back, or once you have shown that you sent them back, if that is earlier. For a full withdrawal we also refund the original shipping costs (standard shipping); for a partial withdrawal only the products. The cost of sending it back is yours.

You register the return from your account, with the link in your confirmation email, or as a guest with your order number and email address. You choose the product and the reason and receive a return number with the date and time by email straight away. A withdrawal is accepted straight away; for damage or a wrong product we review your report and email you the outcome, with the reason if it is declined.

You can follow the status: registered, approved or declined, received, refunded or closed. This process exists to keep things orderly, not to limit your right of withdrawal.

If your case was damaged in transit we refund the product and the cost of sending it back is ours. You get the original shipping costs back if you return the whole order. Add a photo to your report.

The refund goes back through the payment method you used. Allow two to five working days before it reaches your account.

Our cases carry the statutory warranty. If something fails that is not down to use, for instance a magnet coming loose, we resolve it. Scratches from cleaning the wrong way are not covered.
