Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between PokeShield and the customer. By placing an order you indicate that you agree to these terms.

All consumer prices include VAT and exclude shipping. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Business prices exclude VAT and are set per quote.

We do our best to deliver within the stated period. Stated delivery times are an indication and not a strict deadline. If delivery is delayed by more than thirty days you may cancel the order free of charge.

As a consumer you have fourteen days to change your mind from the moment of receipt. The cost of returning is yours, unless the product was damaged or delivered in error.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. Business orders are formed on the basis of an accepted quote. For backorder deliveries the deposit stated in the quote applies.

Our cases are protective products, not insurance. We are not liable for damage to the contents of a case, except where that damage was demonstrably caused by a defect in the case.

PokeShield is an independent supplier of protective cases and is not affiliated with The Pokemon Company or related rights holders. Product names are used solely to indicate what a case fits.
