Shipping information

We ship from the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Every product shows whether it is in stock; everything in stock is here, ready to go.

If your order includes something that is out of stock, we do not hold back the rest. We will contact you about how you want to handle it.

Shipping follows from what you order. Small products such as guards and slab cases go as a letterbox parcel; otherwise as a parcel, and a large order as several parcels. The cart shows an estimate, checkout shows the final amount.

Business customers can collect their order by appointment, in which case shipping costs are dropped. Consumer orders are shipped.

Your case arrives well protected. It is wrapped in bubble wrap in its own box, and that box goes into a sturdy shipping carton.

As soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier you receive an email with the tracking code. You can also find it with your order in your account.
